Price College of Business in 1999 with an emphasis on Management of Information Systems and Business Administration. For the next three years, he worked in the technology and advertising industry before enrolling in law school in 2002. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005, he immediately began practicing law with Warner, Smith & Harris, PLLC in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He went on to make partner in 2010 and found that his previous work in business allowed him to diversify his practice into a unique mix of transaction and litigation management.
In 2012, Daniel established Walker Law Office, PLLC. He moved his office to the State of Oklahoma where he focused on corporate, real estate, and business transactional matters. Daniel limits his practice to business law and real estate transactions, which involve the development, acquisition and/or disposition of commercial, single family and/or multifamily real estate projects.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. He currently serves as legal counsel for various real estate title companies situated in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
